Hi guys, so I've had a request to clean a slight build up of dark mould/dirt from these grey bricks.
The customer insists the pug in-between the bricks is dyed and very sensitive. And doesn't want me to cause any discoloration of the current dye.

What products and method can I use on this type of brickwork to ensure to not damage/discolour the brickwork/pug?
The customer is adamant I must use a product called "lithofin algex"

Any advice and precautions are most welcome thankyou kindly.

Just googled the active ingredients and it is basically bac50
You supply what you want to use or tell them to jog on
My customers don’t tell me what chems to use as I am the exterior cleaning specialist not them

If the customer is dictating the chemicals you use then it's their responsibility if any discolouration occurs, get that in writing. Explain to them that you will follow the manufacturers instructions but the outcome is down to them specifying the chemicals. Obviously charge a slightly higher rate than you would if using your own chemicals as you will have to read the instructions etc.

Be aware of the ppe requirements: protective clothing, eye protection and an appropriate face mask (ABEK-P1).

If in any doubt don't take the job on!
