Advise needed for selling a round

Hi everyone, newby here, i need some help, been a windy now for about 30 years, i'm now going to move house and start a new round in another area, so my question is am i best to split my businesses from my domestic when i come to try to sell it

I would personally list them together for a price and then offer them separately at a combined higher price.
