    Who has them?

    I rarely do, however just had an extended 90min one :zzz:

    And now I feel worse than before, as usual :rolleyes:

    Was lovely while it lasted though :whistle:

    Never.after work is tea and bath time for the little ones then off to gym home prep food for next day then try and chill watch film but usually carnt switch off hence being in here till 1 lol

    Some doctor on the radio said a power nap is really good for you, but to never have more than 20 minutes

    Too right,

    Problem is If I set my alarm for 20 mins, I'll not actually have a nap, because it takes me 20 mins to fall asleep!

    I am just as bad as i usually go to bed around 1am

    Wow you guys must not need much sleep! What time do you get up?

    I'm always in bed for 10-10:30pm up at 7am
