Sounds like a daft question I know, but I have a block of flats to clean and 2 of the areas don't have sockets within reaching distance, so the question is, what would you use instead to clean these area's other than the obvious brush and dustpan, has anyone used cordless vacuum's ie Gtech airram or has any anyone maybe used an invertor and 12v battery on a trolley which was one idea i thought about ?

    Ideas folks ?

    Thanks for the reply.

It's an ongoing contract and running cables isn't really an option, really needs to be in the room with me if possible Luke.

Sound like a lot of hassle to me so why bother doing it at all if they can't provide you with power.

The 1st area would need about 100ft of cable ran outside and the 2nd needs roughly half that but up stairs etc so it's not ideal at all mate.
