    Hi guys

Went out for an hour earlier and picked up another 8.

All 3 bed semi or terraced. Prices are 4 weekly

    3 bed semi £22 then £17
    3 bed terraced £22 then £17
    3 bed fronts only £15 then £10

This is 1st clean the regular price.

Had 1 person say no £10 for the fronts is crazy money. Even I feel 17 is getting on strong but they were happy to pay. Just don't want to lose everyone for the sake of a couple of quid.

May do the first cleans and see if I've overpriced them from 2nd clean onwards.

Based in South London by the way.

    Thanks guys.

Nah think it's fine mate. Do a great job and if you truly feel your taking the biscuit then knock it down to £15 and tell them why. If everyone's happy and you do a perfect job everytime then doubtful they will switch.

That's was my thinking. Didn't want to sell myself short and say £12 for example then a month down the line ask for £15.

Thought it would seem nicer to say £17 then drop the price before they even ask to say £14 or £15 and make them feel as though they have had a touch.

Don't want to be dear or cheap just fairly in the middle / slightly dearer

Be on more per hour than a high flying city banker if you filled your books with loads of them! Leaving yourself open to been sliced in half though even if you do a mint job. 1 min per window tops, knock a fair few out in the hour.
