An Interesting Marketing Technique

    Good read, but is that sustainable, customer good lie and just simply say, I'm not happy with it!! Or it could rain the next day, then bam he gota waste time going back for free

    I think you could come up with your own though, a few things that really every customer should get, then say if not then its free. Stuff you won't not do i.e.

    Glass cleaned to a high standard, as per our method statement
    Slips posted to let you when they've been cleaned
    An evening collection after 6pm if we miss you
    A regular service not later, than 10 days outwith holiday dates

    I guess it comes down to what are you willing to promises, here is what we do, and we wont let you down, and you know this, because we are putting our money where our mouth is.

    Its a powerful statement, that would look good on any flyer if you can come up with some decent promises.

    Sounds interesting but you could potentially shoot yourself in the foot BIG TIME with this.
