I don't see how it helps on Juliet balcony as it only rotates the brush? How can it 'move' across the bars any different?

Anyway I was more thinking it would be good when working from and angle?

ok if your brush is behind the bars you can use the swivel to reach further to the left or right than you can with an ordinary resi neck so sometimes you can get the whole glass from 1 place instead of putting it in twice sorry thats not a good explanation but its the best i can do lol , also it makes the corners of windows easier especially on a long reach
