    1. How long you been trading for?
    8 months
    2. How many customers do you have?

    3.Your 4 weekly value?

    4. Your summary?
    Gained all my customers within 4 months, padt 4 months i havent gained many i lost a few and replaced them. My round has been built up by canvsssing and 80% of my work is gained via canvassing. Also toke off a lot of people of my round such as badpayers etc :)
    5. Your target?
    To get up to 400 customers and earn £3,000 per month. I reckon i can get another 200 customers between April-September bring on april and see how my customers roll in ;) got a lot going on in my lyf at the monent so just waiting for something to be sorted which should be before march :) then after that i can concentrate 100% on my business

    Doesn’t mean anything H; if you don’t include some cost and then look at your living expenses – sole traders should really include all living expenses as well, any surplus money is disposable income and this money is your true net profit.

    1 – What was the initial cost to set up the business?
    2 – How much does each customers cost you to service?
    3 – What is the gross profit after cost & living expenses for every 4 weeks?
    4 - When is the break even point reached / what is the profit margin as a percentage
    5 – Next years target increase, as a percentage.
