Anyone else on here play regular 6 a side league football ? It's fecking hard graft lol
No, but I can do 200 keepy uppys . Mostly knock the ball from one knee to the other to save energy as I'm an old fart , and I can bounce the ball up in the air from my knee and catch it behind my neck, then flick it in the air and carry on
It's hard graft like I thought I was in gd shape
I gym it 3 times a week. Lol. I was wrong
I play rugby
Proper position and a proper sport
Not wussy football
Lol look a the big lad lol
I have just started a diet..not a diet as in no eating lol but a diet to get in shape..lot's of protein and green veg
Gotta get back in shape as the rugby is killing me
Saying that I'm down the clubhouse for the England game tonight so the diet will be supplemented with beer
That's the one thing that bugs me about rugby fans/players. They cant talk about their own sport without taking a snipe at football.
Anyway, back on topic, yeh, I occasionally play in the vets team for the pub. But I think that's going to have to stop. At nearly 50 and 16 stone, my Ronaldo days are behind me
That wasn't a snipe steve garwood i was having a joke..i do watch football just Don't play it
This is the back of my leg after training last week
Football is definitely easier on the body
That's why I put the winking emoji Dave, so not to be taken too seriously.
During the last rugby world cup, my mates and I went to a rugby pub to support England. Now I don't particularly like rugby, but as a patriotic Englishman, just thought id get behind them.
The day was ruined however, but stupid comments like"not poofs like the football pre madonnas"etc
You never here football fans say "great skills, you can train a chimp to run with the ball in its hands"
I just fill there is an element of snobbery from rugby fans towards football.
That rugby fan in the pub soon shut his gob when my mate Joe told him to button it
Lol I love rugby to but there no leagues or that over here
U shud try kale lemon apple cucumber spinach and cashew nuts in the morning it's. Great startb
