Managed to get my hands on another SLX8 Pole from Gardiner.

Anyone use these for conny roofs etc?

My idea is to make the ultimate pad system for internal glass roofs.

Slx8?

I've got a clx10 that I use for connys - it's amazing, so light and easy to use, never heard of an slx8

Yeah SLX 8

Hoping to make my own pads for corners etc.

We did two light lanterns recently. We padded glass first. Then buffed by hand after. Perfect results and quick.

Never saw it, why not get a clx10? Brilliant for connys and bungalows etc, plus I use mine for large commercial buildings on the ground floor, so light and easy to use, love it, and being only 10ft extended its stupidly rigid

SLX8 worked out cheaper than an CLX10

We use extremes. So no need to for a light pole for just bottoms.

Depends on the height of the commercial job tho. I wouldn't want to use a 47ft extreme for the bottom windows. Have done tho. Only weighs 2400grams.

You know I have one so not gonna comment.

Ok then while I'm here, cut down renegade that I'm not exactly sure the length of. Use it for tradding with wagtail but trying it out on a Connie on Tuesday.
