Love everything about wfp since changeover, except my stop tap hose tangling with my main hose. Seen the video for aqua-dapter, and very impressed. Have a Gardiners SLX22, and was wondering if I could fit the adapter onto my pole. Also has anybody any views on the adapter ?

    Yes

Remove resineck and replace it with either the adaptor that Aquadapter sell

    http://aqua-dapter.co.uk/product/lightweight-quick-release-pole-end-screw-adapter/

    or

    http://gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/al...s/goosenecks-pole-fittings/pole-fittings.html
It must be this one as it has a longer shaft. This is providing that your pole is a newish on that takes the resineck (about 3 years old max).

    Then screw on Aquadapter.

Then screw on plastic angle adapter.
    http://gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/al...k-system/resi-neck-trade-screw-on-type-2.html

    then order your brush

    Example.

    http://gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/al...r-lite-window-cleaning-brushes-245g-270g.html

Order your preferences with regard to jet and brush holder. The QuicK Lok system requires a couple of different attachments.

    This is a different approach.

Thanks for your kind words. Please don't let Alex know that I'm recommending an Aquadapter though.:)

    Aquadapter.

    Brilliant.

Pole manufacturers, I've found, get a bit sniffy about them "Oh we don't recommend you use them. Most of our clients use our tap/kink the hose blah blah blah........"

Since I fitted them I can work faster and have more control of the water and therefore save water and earn more!

They do require maintenance and are not fool proof (make sure you have some replacement springs) but the pro's outweigh the cons

    imo

First day with my new aqua-dapter, and I'm loving it already. No more nasty trigger hose round my feet.
