I was wondering if anybody here is following Keith Kalfas on YouTube? What do you think of him and his videos?

yes for a few years.

i preferred his old stuff that was more raw, now its too professional i lost interest

I ended up subscribing to loads of lawncare guys after watching him. He just does window cleaning to keep him self busy over the winter months when the landscaping drys up.

Makes me want to teach him trad, when I see him work. I wish I was getting his prices though. $6 per pane of glass in/out.

It looks like he is getting more into lawncare, his windowcleaning channel views are much lower lately than it used to be.

Last year I was thinking: 249 minimum wow... now it’s 299,- minimum .... whoww.  That’s insane.

Its a one off job over there, most houses are larger with drive ways. No parking issues. They book the job on a booking system. Do in/out, frames, sills, tracks and screens. 

I could see this becoming the norm here as labour costs rise. Deep clean twiceca year as opposed to monthly.
