The designer has used the keywords META tag. Search engines have been ignoring these for about 3 years

The description META won't get you anywhere on the search results, nor will the TITLE tag

The Twitter link takes you to the search results for Whizz Bizz and not your actual profile

No legal pages such as cookie policy and privacy policy

As mentioned already, there's no real content for the search engines to pick up on and there's not much for a visitor to read.

The design is a bit amateur but you'll get what you pay for in this industry.

It's honestly not much better than your old one.

Did you get a proper contract written up yet? Im not a fan of price for the work you will be getting. Ive got 1.5k to spend on a round and I can tell you now I wouldnt use your sevice. I would rather just buy a round. Its only going to cost a extra couple of hundred quid
