Just use any male and female hose connectors. Hozelock, rectus, JG etc

I use in line connectors (8mm in my case ) to join hoses together, am currently doing a roof were am using 150m of normal hose, and I have shoved the 8 mm hose inside the end with dubilee clip on, with another 100m of 8mm

Am running 2 pumps into 1 hose and joined them after di bottles to help with flow

Buy all me bits an bobs inc hoses from circuit hydralics
