Amazing how people, when looking at the flier, believe that the cost of cleaning their gutters will be £39.

From my understanding, they are using someone local because the person is either employed or a subbie who is local to that area, but what does one define as local, I class someone living in my town or the next, a mile or so away as local,

They tried it in my town but as far as I'm aware they didn't do well at all the lad was sat in the van most of the time, but I live in a small town and people know who is a local business.
