ill start you off,

First you need a good pressure washer,

Next will be the type of Chemicals you will need.      Hopefully non toxic etc.     search youtube . some exellent videos showing you what to use.

i was going to go this route with local council etc,  but lots of companys around here,      with the council its usually who you know to get you in with the right people.

never bothered

I used to do fair bit graffiti removal before I decided to cut back on the services offered..
Best thing I found was heat,we used steam low pressure most off the time

Hi

The chemicals and the preparation is the most important. In Ireland, we use Cleanfast Graffiti Remover. Scrub well the graffiti with a wire brush to make it easier for the product to penetrate, apply the product, do not touch it for 15 min, power wash well with a very powerful pressure washer. Hot water even better if available.

I have some acid etched graffiti on windows on store I do that I simply cannot remove. They are too cheap to pay to get it buffed out by a professional so it has been left there for over a year now.

Scratch it, soak it with petrol, power wash it. Areas with high risks of graffiti spraying can be treated with a protector. The protector will keep the graffiti on the top. It will not penetrate inside the brick/concrete
