That was really helpful. Very kind of you to share something like this. I look forward to join a cleaning service in Oakville as a part time maid. Although they offer training programs, I wanted to do some research from my side. That’s how I landed here. They are mainly specialised in old-fashioned, European-style cleaning. I would like to share some information that I found online on this subject. Maybe it can help someone out there.
The traditional method works great on windows that have a lot of handprints on them.
This is applicable for both commercial and residential use. From my searches, what I have found is that the traditional method is suitable for any kind of windows which requires special care, for more detailed attention. Also, It is important to use environment-friendly products, in case If any solution goes to the garden, it shouldn't cause any damage to your plants.
One DIY window cleaner recipe which I have seen my mom use also is- 1 gallon of water, ½ cup of ammonia, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 1 cup of vinegar. Our window glass used to look like, as she had spent hours on them. That’s it. Please be kind to share more information you got on this topic here, which will help me a lot. Thank you for any help in advance.
