I finally got round to fitting my bulkhead in my Kangoo, so i popped into the main dealer to get the bolts because thought this would be the obvious best place to get them...BIG MISTAKE! When I first went in they coudn't find my van on the system! (No it's not it's not cut and shut before anyone chimes in lol!) Then when they did they said my bulkhead wasn't a Renault one even though it's clearly in their kangoo brouchore! Then the guy goes of for a week and doesn't order the parts. When they do finally come in they are wrong so we have to go through the whole process again! Do you know the best bit....they said they wouldn't give me a refund even though it's their fault. But after a not too polite conversation they said they would. Rant over.
Ever been told you can't have a refund when you know by law you are entitled to one?
