Alright everyone.... been a bit quiet on here the past few months as been busy at both jobs.

I've been asked to clean a small street comprising of 18-20 houses which were all done via WFP but other guy hasn't been back for over 5 months. I am trad only just now and will likely stay this way but houses are big and can't be done trad. As its too big an opportunity to miss, I'm planning on getting

LiteBOY Backpack STARTER KIT

Am I right in thinking that I plug the mains into one bit of the filter and the other into the drums?

What Ltr per minute should I aim for, for the cleans

How much water would I need for 18-20 5/6 bed detached houses some with connies.

And how long can I store the pure for in the drums, I'm limited to how much I can store.

Thanks

Depending on the tds of your water the option you have chose(di only)will probably eat through resin costing you more to make.

Now depending on where you are based their are now plenty of places that sell pure water from anything from 3-5p a litre which for the amount you need would be the cheapest option and something to consider.

As for the equipment the back pack is fine and will do the job but the pole is aluminium it will be heavy and horrible to use ,that pole alone will put you off reach and wash.

If funds are tight look at the clx range from gardiner they also sell a backpack for around £80-£100.

I can vouch for the gardiner backpack and their slx pole range, backpack holds its charge great and performs faultlessly.

A 6 bed with Conny will easy use 60ltrs a clean and possibly 150 on the first clean

If using backpack for all that i would trad the bottoms

That way on a maintenance clean you should be able to do a few houses tops with 1 backpack full

Cheers. I'll likely stick with this set up to start with. TDS up here is very low already so will just use the Di system I think, pole wise I'll see how the aluminium one goes to start, and take it from there.

i bought the slx22 and honestly i love how it feels, im yet to use it due to still building my trolley but if you have ever washed a conny roof with an aluminium pole you will understand they get pretty heavy fast

I use an ally renegade sometimes

No issue but I'm not a small fella

It does start to get heavy halfway through a fascia job though
