Cleaned a driveway today, took ages, every time I think I've finished I look down and some of the joints are full of dirt, it's like I kept chasing it moving it from one joint to another.
Now they want it sealed, will it be ok if some of the joints only have a few ml of sand on top of the dirt? Will the sealer just make the dirt hard as well? If so should be ok yes?
I cleaned it with a fsc and then went over bits with a turbo nozel.

The only problem I have had with sitting water/dirt in joints, is in places of bad drainage.
If you have a gutter sucker then hoover the mess up or brush it/power blast it to your nearest drainage area.
This is probably the one thing that gets on my t*ts with pressure washing, that and pea shingle boarders lol.

I think I shall get a screwdriver and scrap some of the dirt out and suck it up the hover before resanding. Then seal it.

What jets you got in the FSC? standard ones? if so get them changed, the standard jets won't shift the dirt in the block paving gaps, I have had this issue for ages now, I have only just replaced mine with better jets and did a patio today and it seemed MUCH better, can't report on block paving yet though.

Turbo nozzle on block paving is my advice unless these new jets work.

And maybe only use turbo nozel on block paving in future.
