bloke struggling with pole up 3rd floor in 60mph gale

Yeh, felt a bit sorry for him really. I wouldnt do that job anyway, only early morn when not much traffic. Woodbridge on a summer saturday is full of tourists and traffic etc, and he kept having to stop and move out the way for cars and people were getting wet off the pole too 

plus its the windiest its been here for a long time, and would be a struggle holding that up. I nipped down town to do my football bets and came back through a shortcut path through a load of trees and hedges and to be honest, i was scared for a bit. sudden extra strong gusts blew the hedges right down so couldnt hardly see, and then there was a crack as a large tree or bough broke ?. peddled like mad and got through to the open bit.

Need a few beers soon to get over the shock ?
