boots or shoes for climbing roofs

    Any suggestions regarding a good boot or shoe for going on roofs with ie best grip etc

    I need a new pair myself , my trainers and boots are like slicks

    Trail trainers have good grip, best thing ive found is just wear socks, the tiles catch the fabric and grip well!!

    Although i will roof walk in whatever i am wearing..sometimes a pair of riggers

    Have been wearing these and have been great, only binned them yesterday as they were completely worn out, I'm away for the weekend but will be getting another pair soon.

    Trainers with good grip are essential but really shud t be on roof without roof ladder
