When I try to send a message to one particular person I get this message. "This person isn't available right now." Why is that.

Is this via the website or app? It might be that this mail box is full. If you let me know the member I might be able to check.

Could have blocked you on facebook.

The person has deleted the conversation on their messanger and they have their settings where you cannot message them first. Or like Gaz said they have blocked you.
