Restraining Tank

hello there. I have recently bought a diy wfp kit from purefreedom and then bought a cage/frame to strap the tank into the van. however upon looking at the cage and looking under the van there are no obvious locations to bolt through the floor due to fuel tanks fuel lines etc obstructing. has anybody experienced this before and has anybody got any suggestions? the only thing I can think of is to weld 4 lengths of angle iron to the van floor around the cage base and use this to bolt to? although I would rather not have to weld to the van if not absoulutely necessary. it is a citroen berlingo by the way.
