Bugger.. good start to the week phoenix pole broke

    Steve is working in n a metal version so this doesent happen again... Cool. For now I am getting a replacement threaded section.

    Just goes to show some poles are designed better than others as I'm sure that is not the first one to break there.

    What a **** design :eek:

    The same thing happens to all comapinies. The good thing is at least phoenix learned where the weak point was and are improving it.

    Are you having a bad day smurf... I actually like my pole a lot. Both of them. Well all 3 of them but let's not go there...

    My Phoenix pole broke in exactly the same place.

    I got a metal thread that slips over the top of the section to replace it. Been perfect ever since, although it gets much less use now.

    Bloody helll , just snapped my adaptor to my hose. Ow well lucky I have spares. Only took a minute to fix. [​IMG]

    You've been tugging on yer hose too much methinks :laugh:

    Plastic is weaker than metal as you found out twice now things don't last forever. Don't worry about it as we all get a bad days but like you say it's always good to carry spares. :thumbsup:
