whats the best internal window cleaning kit for high internal windows?

Outside I can reach by pole it's just the inside the stair case is a pain and if I pole and squeegee inside I know it will leave a **** job, I was just wondering if any of the internal cleaning kits are any good

Trainers and some sand to throw in their face to distract them before you run. /emoticons/biggrin.png

Sorry mate, its not a job I've got or would want experience in unless I could get my pointer ladder in there.

I think that's what the current cleaners have been doing as some of the inside windows look as if they haven't been cleaned for ages
