Hi, I am new on here and was looking for a thread on here regarding the weight that can be handled in these vehicles, some guy was installing a 650l tank into one. This is a definate no no! Mine is an 03 plate and I think the max payload on these is 595 kilos or there about. Bearing in mind a kilo of weight is close to the weight of a litre of water if you got anywhere near filling one of these you wouldn't be able to take anyting else out with you, including yourself, I have been using backpacks and trolleys and am going to probably get no more than a 250l tank fitted it'll still give me the option of bringing additional barrels.
