Currently trying to organise work with a new colleague and he's has Samsung phone and I use apple? Is there a app with can share a diary and both update
I think aWorka has this feature, the app isn't that dynamic but you can have separate work cards for the day from what I can remember. Contact some of the usual software suspects and I'm sure you will find the info your after.
I make a checklist of the customers I plan to do that day and just tick them off as I go. Then my wife sits at home with access to the same checklist and can update the worklog (google sheets) and bill them when she find the time.
If you need more powerful features google docs also works fine. And it's cross platform on all systems.
