Can this be restored

Hi, this is a result of an overflow pipe and I believe that it’s self cleaning glass. I do not intend to do anything with it but just wanted to advise the customer. Any help would be appreciated.

I would guess that the rust stain on the upvc might come off with The Pink Stuff but I would guess the glass is beyond repair. Personally I would tell the customer I can't get any of the staining out, then if any of it comes off with pure customer will be happy!

Play safe as mentioned last thing you want is to cause more of a problem

I wouldn’t think so I always suggest with things like this they contact a glazing firm we would clean the roof but wouldn’t get involved with trying to do anything with that it looks like self cleaning glass and guess it would be very easy to make it look far worse by trying to clean it and then the customer will expect you to put it right

That will be my advice to her, contact the supplier. The stain has been on there for some time as well so replacement seems a very likely outcome ?
