staff issues

so as you may know ive been building up my business alot since jan 2016

have one pt guy out with me and one ft guy

ft guy was meant to be going out by himself in 2 weeks in a van thats sitting waiting to be used but guess what had a talk this morning and the job jus isint for him

gm glad he said now instead of 2 months down the line

but this is the 2nd person ive had lined up for a van and had to end it with them

does anyone else find it hard to get good staff ?

finding good staff is like roulette, keep spinning the wheel until it lands on a good one
