I got to give my mate a price to price this job up doing all the plastics and a window clean he has a conservatory to the rear but you cant see that . its about 2.5m x 2.0m so on the rear he has 2 windows and a conservatory .

I was thinking of pricing it up at around £80.00 to £100 for the lot including windows .

what do you guys reckon ?

Do you not include cleaning the frames when cleaning windows?

Is this a one off job, seems quite high??

think you are misunderstanding what im saying .

he wants gutters , soffits , fascias , conservatory , porch , underside of canopy , down pipes , conservatory roof the whole lot !!!!!

including glass as well .

I price as follows

£40 for conservatory roof(plastic ones, as i cant clean glass roof as I dont have pure water)

£30 tops for gutters

£60 for facias and sofits

Just tell them what you would price each item, then give them a price(prob that price you quoted) then their thinking they have a deal, and your on a winner
