I spoke to the guy from the cleaning company today and he wasn't interested in the water fed pole quote wanted a quote for squeegeeing out of an access. I told him I didn't have a figure for the access as they hadn't got back to me. He told me to guess. So I said £400. The access hire called me and told me £396. Not a bad guess!

I explained to him that the chances are the windows would spot and stuff and I'd probably end up going over and over them until the frames stopped leeching. He asked if the access would just be a quick squeegee then onto the next window. I said yes and he said we'll do that then. So I told him to ask the client if he wanted all four blocks done seen as he will already be paying for the access hire it will just be labour costs then
