I am planning to sell my window cleaning business here on the Costa Del Sol.

I have built it up over 20 years and now want to relax and enjoy.

Area covers from Marbella to Sotogrande and I do everything from 12 bed villa to small shops. Some jobs are once a week, some twice a month, some monthly and some every 2 months. Regular work all year long but very, very busy from May/June until August September.

I think if you were to put potential weekly/monthly turnover and your asking price it would be helpful to potential buyers , without giving away to much information on a public forum .

If you were going to live and work in Spain I'd like to think it would be a priority to learn the language regardless if needed for a driving test.

Speaking the language would be an advantage but not a necessity. You do not have to take a driving test but you should change your licence to a Spanish one, which is relatively straight forward

How easy is for some now to live in Spain? I know that part of Spain well. I would love to very tempting but I have a daughter at school starting her GCSE years.
