Anyone use checkatrade? Is it beneficial to your business?
I've seen painters/ builders/plumbers/plasters/sparkies use it not seen a Windie yet I think you have to pay a lot of money to join ( could Be wrong )
My brother-in-law has a man & van business & he pays £750 for the year. He's not advertising anywhere else & he is very busy.. All his work comes from them. I just wondered if it was the same a window cleaner. Ive seen a window cleaning company with the checkatrade stickers on van. So people are doing it.. Just wondering if anyone on here has used it
I'm guessing it might be a good idea if you live in a big town or city.
Its currently getting really bad press (the sun, Kevin McKenzie).
Ging reads the sun!! No better reason for Armageddon than that if you ask me!!
Yes I read Britains biggest selling paper, what's up with that?
Isn't the Sun a red top?
Some widies use it but they ask what u main thing to offer u find, ost use it to bring in gutter cleans or higher priced work
Can you help me with something else.. I'm looking at a van with the system built in to it it's a 350 litre tank how long does it take to filter.. Does it filter while I work? I working for someone who has a 650 litre tank but has the filtering system separate & when I do the flush through the filling time is 12 hours? Basically I don't have a driveway so would I have to have a hose from the tap to van over night with the hose across the foot path? Really stupid question I know but I don't quite understand it.. I've been doing it for 4 years but never understand what half the stuff mean.. Lol! I sound like a right doughnut I know..
