Cherry Picker?

    I have been asked to clean gutters, sofits , fascias on three storey block of flats.
    They dont want me to use wfp so I think I will need a cherry picker!!
    Any advice or other ideas?
    Its a big job and will be profitable but Im not sure!

    Why don't they want you to clean with wfp?

    Get a cherry picker with an operative and wateva it costs u put that on top of the money u wanna make :)

    You would need to contact a local cherry picker hire firm to ask them cost including operator then best if they could visit the site to see what type cherry picker would be most suited to do the job (risk assessment). Also they would then be able to advise if any issues with access etc.
