Thinking about buying a Citroen berlingo with 130000 on the the clock should I be worried about the high mileage

Depends on many things, without service history, MOT history etc etc no one can really advise.
Personally had a van with 170k on the clock that was fine.

The price will be reflected by the condition of it. If you don't have much of a budget then whatever you buy your taking a chance on. Its easy enough to get a garage to stamp the book to make it look like it's had a full service history, you need a bit of luck when buying at that kind of millage.
