    Off tomorrow,booked in to do my City and Guilds window cleaning in Manchester and work at heights,like going back to school just been sharpening my pencils and polishing my shoes:D

    Did my first day last thursday and go back for another day next month,real eye opener on health and safety and really made me think about how I am running my round,they give you loads of training on Customer service, recording information, method statements, risk assessments, communication skills and much more,Got loads of homework LOL
