Cleaning Residue off aluminium bifold frames

Hi, need to clean some anthracite grey aluminium bifold frames on a new build. It looks like some water from the weep vents above the frames has dripped out, leaving salt stains/deposits on the frames. I assume it is the same material as efflorescence on brickwork? Has anyone any advice on the best product to use without damaging the frames? They are powder coated. White Vinegar has shifted some of it, but is extremely slow. Anything better anyone knows of? I have some wurth type 60 aluminium profile cleaner but havent used this before so not too experienced. Photos attached.

Hi, I’ve just come across your post. How did you get on? I’ve got a similar issue - render mix stain on bi fold frame and sill. Looking for a solution!
