I live in a borough of Nottingham, and well, this picture was taken by someone else and was on facebook!

I think this was taken outside the council offices, the police station is around the corner...other side of the road to that church you see..

Due to tram works they are moving into the council offices ground floor!

Obvisly cleaning the area they are working in!
