clean it up was awash with fakers last time i looked in on it, fakers someone who posts a lot doesnt work anywhere if ever [but is an expert giving advice]while often their partner goes out to work.

I looked on FB groups. I think they’re the reason a lot start out. Sounds so easy, you’ll be turning 10k a month within a year

I laughed at the "I'm full" brigade that then complained they were being undercut on new business.
We get less than 50% of our quotes nowadays as we put in our happy prices. Phil quoted £90 yesterday on a block of seafront flats and was told their current, unreliable, poor quality and non communicative, window cleaner only charged £35, 9 x 3 bed flats which require a 35' pole. They'll probably stay with him and continue to complain.
