Magic sponges are excellent on glass..softer than steel wool so not a problem

I learnt a neat trick a few weeks ago.

Use talc powder and magic sponges to remove silicone. The talc sticks to silicone and makes balls which fall off a roof or window. Very clever indeed.

Whats it good for when used on glass? Only ever used it to remove grey staining on upvc...
