Mine looks immaculate to mate. Only got 22000 on it. Sportive model with air con ungraded stereo arm rest and computer. Still slow tho lol

id think u will adjust to it. first yr i was a windie i used a Brava 1.9 turbo car and then got a partner 1.9 van . big disappointment so slow i was used to zippin along in outside lane ,now im lookin p/ssd off n overtaken .

iv had 3 more partners since,all 1.9 i hardly ever think of it and hav been done for speeding twice [albeit 34 in a 30 , and the big offence 37 in a 30 ! ]

I have the doblo 1.3 62 plate, it needs a bit of encouragement to get going, but I feel its fine now, got used to its speed, Im not really one for flying around.

Same here 11 reg doblo carry 400 litres of water had it over a year now initially seemed very slow but as time goes you get used to it. These days it never bothers me anymore

I still can't believe how slow these vans are. Should be illegal. Can't nip out in front of people. Overtaking is a carefully planned procedure. I accepted all of that in the days of the escort but I thought things had improved.

Ive got the caddy maxi mate, had it from new and finally gets paid off this year. Nice van, and even better now they are cheaper.

What are your opinions guys on the transporter? I'm toying with either one of them or a new transit. Going to be my last ever van, so going brand new. (still not sure if I'm doing the right thing, my current van has only got 46,000 on it)

Well I've been using the new van for 2 weeks. Getting used to going slowly. It's not that bad. However I filled the old one up with rubbish for the dump a week ago. Decided to take it today. God I forgot how quick the old one is. I miss the speed. Hate going everywhere at a snails pace.
