I've got my combinator, I've tried it properly for 1 day, first impressions is it is useless for 4 weekly cleans this time of the year as one pass leaves smears they are so dirty, also with them being so dirty when I start on the left window of a window as you do the applicator doesn't get the corner so from what I gather you basically go side to side at the top twice to get this?

Did you cut the same angle as the clips on the applicator bar?
Not the sleeve just the plastic bar
Makes a huge difference to the amount if any detailing that is left to do after

    Yeah
I cut the angle but also cut the pad to an angle so now it gets right into the corners

Others have tried with cutting the corners but not the sleeve and that seems to work well also
