Just got threatened and told my van would be burned!!!

I clean a custy windows on the first floor and she's on the bottom floor... A proper chav council lady.

I cleaned the back and she was in the front and saw me and went to the back...

Next thing she runs out screaming.. oy I fucken told you don't clean the customers windows you ****... Waving her hand in my face and screaming ..

Next time you clean with the soap... It's just water.. no it's not.. my dog goes outside and gets wet.. I'll have you beaten up.. and I'll find where you live and burn your van ...

Dont smile I'll do it.. I'll have your van burned ... She runs inside... Grabs her phone and takes photos of my van and numberplate ...

Good thing my customer was a few metres away and heard everything...

She's obviously got some sort of mental health problem.

Glad to hear that your customer was there and heard everything.

Personally I'd be tempted to make a complaint.
