Now then chaps, I went along today and below is the best pic I could get the blur you see is the scratches which is more like scuff marks there is 3 of these around 6 inches long and about and inch wide within these scuffs have multiple lines within them and they are about 24" of the ground, they almost look like they are on the surface a bit like tape left on the glass,

I said I would pop back tomorrow morning and go over them with a magic sponge and soapy water to see if the marks will come off as I didn't have a sponge in the van, at a glance it looks like something has struck the glass from right to left but there isn't any marks on the frame, once again custy was totally fine with me and was more than happy for me to pop back tomorrow with the sponge and give it a go and take things from there.

Absolutely 100% no way I could have caused them at all.
