Hi all I've been invited to quote on an eleven bed hotel, in the back off my mind I think I maybe just making up the numbers (3 quotes needed) so not going to invest a lot of time on this one but what I would like to do is offer a discount for a longer contract just need some advice as to how much discount I should give for Let's say a three year contract instead of one year. Any advice much appreciated.

I would not offer any discount for a 3 year contract.
You could state that you won't put the prices up for 3 years and it will remain the same.
