do i have to pay for use of water from my council house

    I have recently changed over to water fed system and now i will be using 2500 litres a week.My mum pays a set amount every month she is not on a water meter this is a council house.
    DO i need to tell them how much water i am using or do i need to claim as business use ANY HELP OS APPRECIATED THANKS

    If you're not on a meter you're quids in. I wish I wasn't on a meter, my water bill is enormous.
