Dogearing ???

    Dogearing what does it achieve and how do you do it?

    Could somebody post a pic of there sqeegee that's done pls, a picture paints a thousand words :)

    The squeegee used on that site is the same squeegee I use, and it does not need to be dog eared as it has fangs on the clamp that hold the squeegee blade in place.

    You can get these brass clips to hold the squeegee in place, or plastic ones that site behind the rubber pushing to down like that. Years ago this was done to hold the rubber in the metal channel. That website is correct, it will reduce the likelyhood of the rubber rising off the glass if you bang to frame. But the Unger Squeegee in the photographs have, have little fangs the sink into the rubber in the middle holding it in place.

    So to answer your question, we don't use end clips or dog earing, because we don't need them.

    Well I've not really decided yet where I was working when using trad we used unger and sorobo( not sure that's correct spelling)
