Turned the booster pump on last night and straight off again. Sounded horrible, I thought impeller or baring had gone. Took it all apart this morning and it's the cooling fan. It has worn the plastic teeth of so sliding and knocking on the housing. Took it to a m8 who drilled through the shaft and pined it back together. Running smoothly again Whoop Whoop. Case of beer for m8. Mutch better that £120 +vat +delivery on new pump head.
