Emailing a company to try and get work does this work?

    Hi a lad who works with me has noticed a new restaurant opening up in the area and he would like to gain more work.He was wondering what is the best way to contact them phone? Email? Face to face? And how to go about it thanks in advance.

    I wrote to every company on a large industrial park near me on headed paper. I got one response saying thanks, but no thanks. Face to face I'd say to your mate.

    A lot of chain restaurants use national contractors... But the best bet is to go in face to face and try for the builders clean...

    It can work tho I've emailed businesses as soon as see work and got few
